This application is only for private investigators wishing to submit an application and who will be seeking accreditation if their application is approved. A $200.00 non-refundable fee must accompany the application when submitted to the NSSCPI.
If approved, the applicant will be notified and must complete the Request For Participation in the Accreditation Process (provided with the application) within 15 days from the date the application was approved. A non-refundable $150.00 fee must accompany the request.
This online application is for anyone, except private investigators wishing to be a NASCPI affiliate (see Affillliates - Affiliation Defined on home page)
Private investigators wishing to submit an application, should select Private Investigators Application.
This is an on-line form received by the NASCPI Administration.
Its purpose is to provide clients and the community at-large an opportunity to submit commendations to recognize investigators superior service and if appropriate initiate NASCPI administrative action for substantiated complaints.
In both instances, this information is also used to develop training criteria during mandatory anual training.
Employment Continuation is designed to supplement, as needed, employment history information already included with the NASCPI application.
NASCPI mandates private investigators posess certain
functional equipment and are familiar with its operations. An Equipment
Affidavit is required to be complated, notorized and submitted with an
applicants Administrative and Operations Policy Manual.
A General Affidavit, although rare, may be needed to provide
information to the NASCPI for which there is no other specifically
designed documentation process.
Health Affidavits are required to be completed, notorized and submitted with an applicants Administrative and Operations Policy Manual.
This on-line form is required to be completed by private investigators
participating in the application process and submitted within two (2)
days from the date the application is received by the NASCPI. This
resume is pre-formated and requires / limits the applicant to specific
information.
A Request for Re-Accreditation is a simplified form designed for accredited private investigators re-newing their request for accreditation with the NASCPI. It is required to be completed, notorized and submitted to the NASCPI no later than 30 days prior to the investigators active (or other as applicable) status expires. A non-refundable $125.00 fee must accompany the request.
Under certain circumstances, an applicant may be
eligilbe for a waiver from a required NASCPI standard. To request a
waiver, complete this request and submit it with your Administrative
and Operations Policy Manual. A seperate request is required for each standard a request is being made for.
