Attendance: Each training segment begins punctually. Attendees entering the classroom after the scheduled start time will not receive credit for that segment or a certificate of completion.
Registration: To register, go to "FORMS" and select "Training Registration". Complete the registration and mail it to the address listed on the registration form. Registration forms must be received prior to December 15, 2008.
Regitrstion fee: A $200.00 registration fee must accompany your registration form. A $100.00 refund will be made to atendees who receive a certificate of completion.
